Once a referral has been submitted, it is reviewed by the team to check that we can meet the needs of the child or young person referred.
If Connect2Education can meet the needs of the child or young person, we will invite them into the centre with their parent or carer and a designated professional from the school, academy, or local authority. This will involve a meeting and a look around the provision. From this meeting, provision can be agreed.
